Service, service, service! Cannot get over how prompt my own support representative was. Elizabeth - you rock! From time of ordering to time of delivery she was on the ball. We ordered two mattresses after trying our friend's mattress out. We put one in the guest room for my in-laws and the other for our bedroom. We ordered (The Standard - Lux Firm) for us and (The Standard - Firm) for the guest room. Our in-laws loved theirs and we love ours too. I purchased The Windsor (Lux Firm). Since it wasn't a pillowtop it was a tad bit firmer than we wanted, but we found an organic mattress topper to go on top and now I love the way it feels. Since I'm all the way up in New Hampshire delivery took a little bit longer than expected, but the delivery team communicated extremely well and gave me updates every day. I bought a Twin XL size The Standard (Firm) to sleep on. My wife sleeps on a Twin XL memory foam mattress. We have a split king bed and I wanted a firmer mattress on my side. My husband and I sleep on The Standard (Firm). It is a perfect mattress for us because it has a soft top, but firm underneath feel. We didn't want a mattress that was too soft - we can't stand that sinking feeling in memory foam mattresses like we've had in years past. The mattress has absolutely no odors and we really loved the fact they hand tuft the mattress instead of using solvents or adhesives. That's probably why there is no odor. We are very happy and highly recommend this mattress for older people like us.

Delivery took 11 business days to arrive from time of order. My sleep specialist was super helpful in keeping me updated almost everyday. The mattress we ordered The Standard (Firm) was a little bit more firm than we wanted at first, but after 1 week it was perfect. I think we just had to break in the brand new foams. Exceptional customer service. Was able to easily switch out my mattress with another comfort level. We thought the firm would be a great option, but we ended up switching to a more plush luxuy firm. We searched for a new American Made mattress forever. We went to different retail stores and websites. The only two companies we could find online that make full size (not a bed in a box) mattresses with White Glove Delivery was this company and Saatva.
