After you’ve placed your order you will be matched to a support team member (yes, a real actual person) within 48 hours. They will be your personal contact until your new mattress is made and delivered.

You are covered for 180 nights, but we ask you to sleep on it for at least 30 nights before making a decision. A new mattress is like a new pair of shoes, they need to be broken in before they feel comfortable. If you aren’t happy after 30 nights we will schedule a time convenient for you to pick up the mattress and fully reimburse you.

1. The customer’s mattress and/or mattress foundation purchased from King & Queen Company LLC. will have no manufacturer defects for a non-prorated warranty of 10 years.
2. The mattress and/or mattress foundation purchased from King & Queen Mattress Company LLC. is covered under the said warranty.
3. The said warranty covers manufacturer defects in the material or craftsmanship of their mattress.

Yes. A mattress’s life is only as good as the support underneath it. Most companies try to make shortcuts in their foundations, but our’s is made with 9 furniture grade slats and plastic corner guards to insure lasting protection overtime. Not to mention it matches perfectly.

In order to keep your King & Queen Mattress looking & feeling new overtime, you should use a mattress protector under the sheets and rotate your mattress every 6-8 months.

Returns are super rare, but if you decide it’s not the mattress for you we will send you a 50% refund until your mattress is picked up. Once the mattress is returned to the factory you will receive the remaining 50%.
